where is tree shaking config?

I am very interested in how to integration @ngtools/webpack&rollup,but i am not find some config about this.

Please take a look at
https://github.com/antonybudianto/angular-webpack-starter (no rollup, but have @ngtools/webpack and webpack 2 tree-shaking)

This starter is using Gulp. not Webpack.
