Add vision-vpioneer testnet network on ios device not working

add vision mainnet and testnet #36

The TP-App prompts that it fails to get the chainID, when I use an ios device to add the vision network.
Then, check that the interface has correctly returned the chainID by capturing packets.
And it is good to add vision network when I use an android device.

Does the ios device of the TP-App support adding vision network?
