determine shop schema

What data will we keep on shops?
name of store, member of what chain of stores, address, phone number, email address, website, comic cube member date, hours, additional products sold at the store (ie: toys/games/back issues library, movies, manga, video rentals, books (these should be maybe checkboxes that the owner selects and several "other" fields)), lat/long (for map marker maybe?)
