Scrolling page while trying to zoom in and zoom out

When I try to zoom in and zoom out the page using mouse wheel and Ctrl key, page zoom is working, but it also scrolls the page.
Believe this is due to the way locomotive interprets the native scroll event. Not sure if there's a workaround.
Any update regarding this?
