File gets nested twice under different parents

Describe the bug
I have a webpack.mix.js
file in a php project that gets nested under both artisan
and package.json
files. Clicking on any of the nested files opens the same file.
I'm using the latest version of the extension with no custom config applied.

Closed in favor of #142. Sorry for the duplicate
