What about adding an `only flat config supported` warning when flat config read fails?

Clear and concise description of the problem
Hi, tony! Today most JavaScript/TypeScript projects are still using traditional configuration files, and obviously this project is not intended to support this type. People might get confused when they face the module not found
error using this tool in their existing project, just like me and the previous two issues.
Suggested solution
What about adding an only flat config supported
warning when flat config read fails? I will contribute a PR to improve this if it's welcome.
