Update sphinx configuration

The sphinx configuration seems outdated; for example, it should use sphinx_autodoc_typehints for rendering the types.
Update to the latest pyansys-recommended config.
This.. only really makes sense to do if we actually put something useful in the docs, and publish it somewhere.
