Migrate towards creator-ee

The old navigator ee became creator-ee and we need to ensure all our tools make use of it.
Ensure tools point to new container name:
- ansible-navigator
- vscode-extension
- ansible-language-server
- remove old
toolsetproject once we have ansible-lint, molecule* included insidecreator-ee - removal of
devtools-eefrom quay - removal of
toolsetfrom quay - removal of
ansible-navigator-demo-eefrom quay
@cidrblock Can you please help with removal of https://quay.io/repository/ansible/ansible-navigator-demo-ee?tab=tags - that is the last step. I guess we do not want to have someone mistakenly use something so old that we might even not remember about it.
