Consider auto-closing (after X days) PRs without comments being addressed

Should the comment being from the initial PR poster or any people ?
I guess a warning message N days before the the auto-closing happens will be a nice thing to have.
Not sure, needs more thought but I guess we should at least reset the "days left until close" counter when the original author comments on the pull request or if anyone pushes a commit in the PR.
