CI: image publishing to docker hub and quay.io is broken

What is the issue ?
While the recently updated images built successfully (this PR), the jobs that is meant to publish them to Docker Hub and quay.io have failed: https://ansible.softwarefactory-project.io/zuul/builds?project=ansible-community%2Fara&pipeline=post&skip=0
The jobs failed without logs, it could be that there was a momentary issue with the CI infrastructure.
What should be happening ?
The container images should be built and published successfully.
It was a temporary CI infrastructure issue.
