galaxy-action is failed to push tags to Ansible Galaxy

Looks like galaxy_api_key is lost in secrets during migration of this repo to ansible-community repo.

This is an error I noticed in actions then tag is pushed

You will need to create galaxy_api_key in secrets and put there API Key from Ansible Galaxy https://galaxy.ansible.com/me/preferences
