[Feature Request] Subtitle

Not sure how difficult this would be, but it would be great if we could also get a {{subtitle}} variable to include in the template, I typically capture both when doing this manually so would be awesome of this plugin made it possible to automate that as well.
@Xtremefaith as far as i can tell {{subtitle}} is already available as a variable -- though it is not (yet) listed in the documentation.
i see it in the code, and here is the commit.
there is also a discussion that references the variable as well.
i would assume it is only populated if the Google Books API returns it as a separate property.
