YAML Header is not created

hey there thanks for ur help or tips,

i installed the book seach plugin, used it already, made a dataview table out of it, worked like a charm until i wanted to add a new book now and it finds the book, creates the site with the title like i want it but no YAML header gets created.. I dont think i changed any settings...

am i the only one running into this right now? what could be the issue?
