[Bug Report] Nothing happens after choosing "Book Search: Create new book note" in Command Palette

Steps to reproduce
Open Command Palette in Obsidian and run command "Book Search: Create new book note"
Expected result
"Search Book" dialog box opens
Actual result
Nothing happens. The "Search Book" dialog box does not appear and I cannot choose a book and create the note.
Severity
The plugin is not usable because of this bug.
I have installed and enabled the plugin, and set the new file location, new file name, and template file. Frontmatter settings and content settings are disabled due to their depreciation. Please see screen recording attached.

I'm facing the same problem. I've updated the plugin few minutes ago hoping to solving another problem (the books was searched only in Italian and didn't find nothing if the book is in English, neither with thiitle not via ISBN).
Now the search box keep closing without creating the note. My setup is the same as davidmickelsen

edit: now I've the service provider's drop down menu (I doesn't have it with the previous version of your plugin)
Me too. As of the most current update, nothing happens.
Same here. All was well until latest update. Now, nothing makes the plugin work -- tried hotkey, typed in command, and symbol in the ribbon. Also tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin. Nothing worked.
Same for me. Clean install, experiencing exact same as the ticket is written.
Update: still not working for me with latest v0.5.3 installed.
Looks like there was an update today. But it had no effect on this problem. Plugin remains dead. I tried deleting, reinstalling, restarting Obsidian. No effect.
The same here. At least now the box for searching the book will open but it create a note with the nameof the book (as typped) and just a copy of the template body
Another plus one. Looked to see if it could be a secondary plugin that was also needed, but looking at some showcases online, does not appear to be the issue. Using version 0.5.3
Does somebody know if it wold be possible to downgrade to a working version?
I've have a "working copy" on my phone if this can help
Still not working also with the latest version (0.5.5)
The latest working version, at least for me, is 0.5.1 How can I manually downgrade to this version? Just unzip the plugin in the .obsidian/plugin folder?
