docs/website: crate examples

Anywhere a crate or feature is mentioned (website, readme, book, etc) there should be a 1 (maaaaybe 2?) click path to the source code of an example for that crate/feature. If there's an interactive example that should be directly accessible as well.
The website build should add links to the source code to interactive examples themselves.
