ExtraChat - owner needed to reinstall Windows and was removed from ownership of a channel automatically

I'm in an ExtraChat channel with roughly 50 people in it, where I'm one of three moderators. The owner of the channel had some computer issues, so she was forced to reinstall Windows and when she got her plugins reinstalled she had been removed from ownership, so now we have three moderators, zero owners, and no way to promote anyone. How can we fix this?
