Data for some new Institutes not showing up.

IPU keeps adding new institutes OR new institute-codes for existing institutes, for different programmes.
IPU Ranklist doesn't show them, because 2019 Ankush was dumb enough to keep these codes static, which obviously they aren't. (Naive mistake! Expected better from you bro! 🤦🏼‍♂️)

The long-term fix is to make Institute codes dynamic. While we keep optimistically hoping that 2023 Ankush will magically make time to do the same, it is essential to place a short-term fix.

So let's just run the existing script for some new PDFs for each course & manually add the missing codes & institutes.

This issue is resolved for institutes added in 2021. But if the long-term fix is not deployed till Mid 2023, I'll have to reopen it for institutes added in 2022.
