B. Ed. Sem 3 result missing

IPU just released 4th sem result but sem 3 result is missing.

Considering the fact that we're talking about IPU here, it is very much plausible that IPU mistakenly released sem 4 result before releasing sem 3 result.

But also factoring in, how sleepy I usually am while coding for this, I might have missed a PDF somewhere. 🙃
