Hyperlink Zulip in the Contribute Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the users navigate to the Contribute page and they do have some questions, it would be helpful to have the Zulip's hyperlink linked to the word itself.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add hyperlink "https://anitab-org.zulipchat.com" to the word Zulip in the paragraph :
"Each active repository has an individual stream on Zulip. If you have any questions and not sure how to get started, please ping us on Zulip and we are happy to help!"
