ng16 & TypeScript

Angular v16 supports TypeScript version 4.9.3 or later.
Now i try to downgrade TS 5.2.2. to 5.2.0
Who wrotes the guide?
And btw, why i should update zone.js and others? this is part of ng-update process!?
