Testacular does not like filenames with spaces in them

So things like:

C:\Users\pete\dev\tech\angular\angular-app-samples\1820EN_09_Code\03 - link-button directive\directive.spec.js

just don't work. We should probably remove spaces and replace with _ underscores.

This is fixed in testacular now.
