Adapt BondInfo scripts to concatenate pressure sweep data

New data sets are all very small pressure ranges; we could get a sequence of pressure values for analysis by just combining these files. Amy's mentioned that since at very low pressures we're in danger of crossing the threshold to values under P*, where the Z vs. P power scaling changes due to finite size effects.
