pretty sure it's shut down due to rate-limiting issues
Perhaps @andrewzlee can use this: https://huggingface.co/ to host it for free?
There are many Netlify, Vercel etc.
For those interested, I made a similar project using transformers (more state-of-the-art than LSTMs at this point), with a working demo, at github.com/monlih/reblock.
