Problems on Windows

Same as jonkemp/gulp-inline-css#8. If it's an underlying problem with a dependency then maybe it should be noted in the readme that it won't work on Windows.
I think this should be fixed in 2.0.0 since it uses a newer version of juice that should work fine on Windows.
