feature request:verbose options and simulate option

It's me again :)
it could be nice to have a verbose option (because verbose is cool for debuging).
A simulate option would output every operations without doing it actually (to check if everything is fine)
good suggestion. in switching to a new exif reader this functionality came along automatically.
