Printer stops when printing after updating TMC Autotune

I updated TMC autotune and when the printer starts the Z-tilt it I get an (ErrorShutdown!). The toolhead moves to the first spot and doesn't probe. Turning TMC autotune off fixes the problem.
The updates included the "Fix Hysteresis setting" and "Change default chopper frequency back to 55 kHz"

The klipper log does have the Errors listed.
