MQTT Settings

This is my 1st go with Monitor and am having trouble with the setup. The monitor won't run without the mosquito settings filled out. Should I be using my piZero information for the mqtt_preferences or can I use my Heroku / Cloud MQTT information for that? Any help would be greatly appreciated or a sample mqtt_preferences file.
