I noticed you had a presenters folder so I dug around a little and understood that you were using the https://github.com/robclancy/presenter package.
However, digging through the code a little more (master) I don't believe the Presenter package is currently in use?
Sorry if I've missed something, I'm new to Laravel and the magic that happens is confusing when things tend to just "happen" without explicitly stating that they should!
Nope it was removed. Good catch. I'll remove the folder.
