Explain execution order in Readme file

Hi, first of all, thank so so much for the work you have done.
I found you work trough Kaggle.
But the databases were not updated in a while.

I'm now trying to run this whole thing, but I'm find it hard to know which notebook should be run after which.
So if you could provide some instructions in the readme file i would appreciate it so much.
