Can you make a version that has the centered asterisk?

It's my favorite stylistic aspect of Menlo (and the thing that bothers me the most about e.g. Bitstream Vera Sans Mono).
Since this is almost a year-old issue, I doubt you will do it, but I second this petition. I mainly work in Obj-C and find that middle-aligned asterisks look much better.
