Wrong spacing when bold (Windoze)

Several characters spacing is off when set to bold. So far I've only tested on Windows 7 but I have no evidence for or against it being a windows-only problem. In particular, m and 0 are too wide and 4 is too narrow. I've only tested a-z and 0-9 so there could also be problems with upper case or with various symbols. I hope it can be fixed because I really like this font and I've found I like it even better in bold.
I did a little more testing. Upper-case is OK except for B and most common symbols seem OK except for & and %.
It is entirely possible that I was using an older version. 1.2.1 seems to fix this stuff.
