Consider Geo lookup for UK Post codes (using Whois)

Potentially using WHOIS records to lookup information for the school -
such as:
whois alloa.clacks.sch.uk
which reveals the organisations name (Alloa Academy) and postcode (FK10
2EQ) which should be able to be geolocated easily could be a useful
addition to the DiscoJuice metadata server.
