I have pushed an initial change (2b53837) which provides the capability to select all/none. There are a few edge cases which I have not covered yet. Will try to close those as well.

An enable all/disable all button would meet my needs. I can disable all the projects, and then re-enable the half dozen I care about individually.

Do you think having an option to filter the projects would be enough? Or do you actually need the bulk enable/disable capability?

I can't think of an easy way to allow bulk selections but adding an option to filter displayed projects (which you can then click and choose) feels simpler.
