Physical JP Mega-CD 2 seems to crash on BIOS screen

this is ether a continuation of an issue from the previous github or a seperate one that came up durring the the introduction of JB7.7 (and it's retail bios equivalent). Since that version all bios's including one I dumped from the physical Mega-CD 2 will crash while loading the bios. I could be an issue with timings but Im not sure and there are so many variables I do not have time to go through all of the itterations to find if thats the cause or if its something else. All of the crashes happen within seconds of the bios screen coming up and have various forms of corruption, JP v1 bios's blackscreen sound only not cd loading, US v1 will have the loading screen pop on for a second and then ether corrupt or go black and it will reboot, EU v1 seems like it gets the furthest even though it will load with a fully corrupt bios screen but the english text for loading and push start seem to work until its time to read the disk where it will start and just lock up. JP v2 same as v1 except the screen goes white (sometimes you can see the sonic image for a spit second), US v2 acts the same as v1 only it seems to reboot faster, EU v2 acts the same as JP v2. And these issues happen with both the original and regionfree versions of the bios. I have also tested just to be sure using the mega-sg's bios change settings as well as trying to load them with the everdrive to the same effect.
