Compilation error caused by patch application issue

The patch referenced in the commit description does not appear to be cleanly applied. Therefore the kernel will not build. This is on the adi-5.10.0 branch with the multi_v7_defconfig.

yeah, this looks like a valid issue... Well, that's the issue with backporting :)
