The license file is the ADI BSD-like license:
https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/TransceiverToolbox/blob/master/LICENSE

but the readme.md:
License : [![License](https://img.shields.io/badge/license-LGPL2-blue.svg)]

says LGPL.
