Noisy pixels in Depth image

We are getting noisy pixels normally at the edge of person/object, is there any filters that can be used to remove/invalidate these pixels.
For ex: Please have a look at the attached image:
Camera is located at 1.9ft (~2ft = 610mm) above the ground level. In the image, you can see a person standing and the wall is 1650mm away from the sensor.
Few pixels near the edges of a person i.e. white pixels are showing wrong depth values (>6000 mm).
Using this radial depth value 3D Y is calculated and which is coming around 1000 to 2700mm which is wrong as camera height is just 610mm.
FYI, 3D Y points below camera (0,0,0,) are positive and above the camera are negative.
