Tag a point release?

On the latest tagged release (0.3.0), build is broken for Linux, and I think for FreeBSD too. It's fixed at the tip of the master branch. It would probably be a good idea to tag version 0.3.1 so that people installing with go get without specifying a version will get a version that works.
Okay I've pushed v0.4.0.
I pushed v0.3.1 instead. There's no new features, just lots of fixes.
