Create function(s) to add parsed bus stops coordinates into database

I think the best way to do this would be to create additional table inside the /db/2-olsztyn_static.sql schema and provide instrumentation for it in the code at dataharvest package (I'll try to maintain all db-related code in here, I know it's not perfect, but it's the best I've came up with for now ;)).
