Front page redesign notes

I should probably re-design the front page...
- Make the what more prominent
- Make install/setup instructions more prominent
- Consider moving news somewhere else / removing
- Consider building up a set of rankings that always show and an additional set of rankings that are randomly chosen to be shown on every page load?
