Combine to take annotations from any annotated file

Currently combine requires the transaction database be specified as the first argument before any other CSV documents. If it's not specified first the existing annotations will likely be dropped.
Hmm, turns out it will, just that annotations from the first file provided as an argument (the database) will take priority.
