[Package Request] - aws-nitro-enclaves-cli 1.3.0

It would be great if aws-nitro-enclaves-cli RPM package would be upgraded to 1.3.0.
aws-nitro-enclaves-cli brings a lot of important changes such as support for Docker 25+:

At the moment of writing Amazon Linux 2023 contains both Docker 25 and aws-nitro-enclaves-cli 1.2.3 (fails with Docker 25):
