Is the CrossNorm same with AdaIN ?

Hi @weix-liu,

AdaIN was used to generate the Stylized ImageNet, which is a comparison method in our paper. We also analyzed the difference between CrossNorm and Stylized ImageNet in the related work section. Basically, CrossNorm is inspired from Stylized ImageNet (AdaIN) and extracts its core idea to form a easy-to-use plugin.
