aws-java-sdk-core needs to be upgraded

Hi I want to use aws-scala-sdk in my region ap-northeast-2 started this January.
But aws-java-sdk-core 1.10.7 was released Jul 2015, so that my region (ap-northeast-2) was not include.
Please apply updated aws-java-sdk-core after Jan 2016.
