Add 'No space left on device' to #remove-all-containers-and-all-volumes paragraph

When your local docker container reaches No space left on device, users try to search the docs but find no results.
We should make it easier for people to find the answer at:
https://docs.amazee.io/local_docker_development/help.html#remove-all-containers-and-all-volumes
Feel free to add it directly in the repo and create a Pull request :)
