Add more adaptive card designs

This might involve determining card content for the following cases-

  • When user gets welcome message - with sample buttons - read, send, login
  • When user tries to authenticate
  • When user reads important mail
  • When bot has no idea what user gave!

Another aspect to look is whether to couple this with the state machine response (change rules.py) or add another middle agent to generate card content ??
