Charts range does not follow the new measurement units

When switched to seconds or minutes the chart quickly becomes just a set of horizontal lines. There seems to be at least two issues here:

  1. Need to adjust horizontal points scale with the measurements scale. Measure in minutes when the scale is in seconds and in hours when the scale is in minutes?
  2. The latest measurement is always just off the side of the chart. Possibly the same thing is true for "ms" scale, just not readily visible there because the chart moves quickly.
