switch to mathjax font

Apparently MathJax has only one font now. There are three types of text to be displayed: math, code, and regular. Math has to be MathJax and the other two should be compatible thus mathjax-based too. For code I guess it's whatever \texttt uses, and for regular see https://github.com/amacfie/ci_pandoc_test and https://github.com/mathjax/mathjax-docs/wiki/Using-MathJax-fonts-via-%40font-face.
for tt font, try https://cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/fonts/HTML-CSS/TeX/woff/MathJax_Typewriter-Regular.woff which I assume is coming from https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax/tree/master/es5/output/chtml/fonts/woff-v2
