Omni Toast adds unnecessary elements and scrolling on page

Omni's toast component adds extra space and scrolling on some pages (even when inactive), for example on Mockoops' create page and most GitHub pages.
Environment:
- OS: macOS 12.4
- Browser: Chrome Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (arm64)
