Reopenning session doesn't restore browser tabs

Is it possible to reopen all tabs open in a session when reopening a session? Or if not, to exclude closing a browser like firefox or chrome from closing when saving a session.

It did work for me:

Save tabs when closing Chrome.
Chrome has a built-in way to save sessions and tabs. Here’s how to turn it on:

1. Open the Chrome menu (click the 3-dot menu in the upper-right corner of Chrome)
2. Click Settings
3. Scroll to the On Startup section at the bottom of the page
4. Click to enable the setting.
